I've been hetting these sudden scratches or something. I have never scratched my skin or do anything else since I've never felt no pain or itchiness whatsoever. It just suddenly appeared! Please help!
Brief Answer:
Could you provide some more details.
Detailed Answer:
I can understand your concern.
Do not worry.
It would have been great had I examined them on my own.
What the lesion looks like it may be psoriasis or a blistering disorder like pemphigus.
Let me ask you a few questions.
1. How long have you been noticing them?
2. Do they occur on the flexural aspect like neck , elbow, thigh or on the extensor surface like knees?
3. Have you ever seen a bullae which breaks into a lesion which you have at present or are the lesions like this from the beginning?
4. Do you have any lesion inside your mouth or nail?
I would suggest you to -
- Do not panic
- Get a blood hemoglobin, total count, differential count done
- Get a blood glucose done
- Maintain local hygiene of the skin lesions
- Maintain body temperature
- Maintain water balance by drinking fluids from time to time.
- I would start Mupirocin ointment to apply locally and tablet Cefixime
I would also suggest you to visit a dermatologist. He/she can examine and correlate clinically.
Hope this helps.
Have a nice day.
Regards.
