Brief Answer:
It's time to go to ER for immediate medical assistance.

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I have gone through your medical history and other discussions you had with my other colleagues. I admit the quality of the photo you provided was not as good as to provide additional details.

As the rash has been going on for several days now, I think you should seek medical assistance. You might need steroid injection to subside the allergic reaction.

With regards to the cause, I need to know if you:
- have consumed any new food prior to rash appearance?
- any new medication?
- exposure to new environment? work? detergents?
- any sign for insect bite?

Hope this helps.
