
Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Legs

Question: I have had a rash on both legs for several months. Cellulitis and vascular problems have been ruled out. I have itching and burning pain in legs at times.
Antinuclear antibodies tests were normal. Haemoglobin has dropped to around 100.
I have tried hydrocortisone creams to no avail.I am 75, male and in otherwise good health.

I treat such cases with a topical steroid cream like fluticasone to be applied twice daily for a month.
