
Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Penis

Question: hi there
I'm trying to get a diagnosis for my husband
his symptoms are swollen testicle which is intermittent. burning while urinating, the head of his penis was itchy and had a rash. I believe I have ruled out am std as I was personally tested and e
verything came back negative. he was also tested a few months ago. a doctor suggested he might have epididymitis. but doesn't this mean he should have chlamydia too?
he had a scan years ago because of the same symptoms . as of yet we haven't got an answer.
please help

2) Does he have any discharge from penis?
3) Is he suffering from any fever? or any enlarged lymph nodes in the groin?
