I have devloped an itchy rash on the underside of my left arm. It is splotchy red with red bumps. I have had it for a week.

I will suggest that you take oral steroids as this allergic reaction seems extensive. Prednisolone is my preferred drug for this. Creams or ointments alone will for sure fall short at addressing this seen the extensive nature.
