Suggest Treatment For Itchy, Recurrent Infection On The Head

Looks like a ring worm problem to me
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. From the images and the fact that its always wet, it seems like this could be a ring worm rash that will indefinitely require anti-fungal medications like:
+Terbinafine tablets once a day for about 4-6 weeks
+Griseofulvin tablet once a day for 4-6 weeks
It is also extremely important for you to try and keep the region as dry and clean as possible. Fungus thrives in damp and moist environments, so it will be important to keep the region dry. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, and I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.

Would prefer you use the oral medications instead of the creams
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Yes, there are creams that can be used but because of the location the creams can tend to leave the region damp which is what we need to avoid at this junction. The cause could be leaving the region damp due to sweat from heat or from taking regular showers or wetting your hair regularly or leaving your scalp wet after a shower for long instead of drying your hair, and so on.
Best wishes.

There are chances, but this will not be permanent
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.
I don't think you should lose hair, but it usually happens when treatment is not initiated early and the hair loss takes place in the region of the red ring. But even if hair loss does take place, the hair grows on back soon after the course of treatment is completed.
If you do not mind, I would also like you to visit a dermatologist if you have your insurance and can find a convenient time to do so; this would make things much better and help promote treatment in a more accurate and rapid manner.
Best wishes ma'am.

-piriton
-neomycin sulfate & bacitracin zin cream
- cogrimoxazole
What do you think?
Can try the recommended treatment for now
Detailed Answer:
Hi ma'am.
If you see the image ending with number 3828, you will notice a boil which is called folliculitis and will respond to treatment as advised by your doctor that includes cotrimoxazole, neomycin and bactricin creams (antibiotics creams) and piriton (containing chlorpheniramine) which is an anti-histamine; and I would completely agree with his/her advised treatment.
But the other 2 attached images have a round red rash which resembles that of a ring worm infection requiring anti-fungal medications. But I would also like to add that your doctor has an advantage over me, which is a physical examination.
In conclusion, I would recommend the use of the prescribed treatment regimen so that we can observe if this helps. If it does, then both you and I will be extremely happy, and if it doesn't then we can request your doctor to prescribe a course of anti-fungal medications for you.
For now try the recommended medications ma'am; and don't worry, I am always here for you.
Best wishes.
