Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Bumps On The Arms And Back

Question: I have been having really itchy red raised bumps in my arms and back that come and go. they almost look like mosquito bites. I always wear a shirt to sleep so I don't think they are mosquito bites and I have checked my bed for bed bugs and nothing.
i have also tested for every STD and all negative.
I have been extremely stressed with anxiety for about 3 months if that helps.

i have qbout 5 bumps right now. really itchy

These red bumps are inflammation of the hair follicles in your body.

Sudden onset over 5 months are related to your stress. Stress leads to alterations in body hormones which cause such bumps.

Reducing stress levels, practicing relaxation techniques like Yoga, Meditation should help.

I don't recommend any medicines at this stage.

I have used quadriderm cream that my mom brought from mexico and has helped my itching really good. not sure if that helps or changes your opinion

This ointment is a combination of steroid and antibiotic.

You can use it if it helps. Its not harmful. But this does not change my diagnosis.
