Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it. I have seen the Images
Diabetes, if uncontrolled can lead to recurrent candidal infections. This coupled with overenthusiatic hygiene measures like using soaps, antiseptics etc on the delicate genital mucosa can make it red and inflammed.
I would suggest single dose of an oral antifungal e.g flucoanzole 150 mg once every month for 3 consecutive months in case of recurrent candidal infections,
Topically you may use candid-B or Clotrin-B lotion for 7 days.
Cleansing with just plain lukewarm water is good enough.
Treating the partner is also an important part of preventing recurrence.
Sugar levels need to be monitored with tests and brought under strict control with appropriate medicines
