Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Hives On The Back Of The Upper Arm
Question: For a few days I had itchy, red hives with red streaks behind the actual hive. The itching hurt when I would shower and I had to treat with ointments several time during the day. They did not look like insect bites but more like a rash which I never saw before. The hives appeared on the back of my upper right arm.

Unfortunately, the hives faded away by this morning so I cannot produce a photo for you. However, I will heed your advice and use the medications you mentioned should this happen again. Thank you very much for your diagnosis.
