Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Patch On Middle Of Chest Area

Question: Hello I have a skin rash called Eczema that I lived with since I was 3 years old... it was mainly on the joints of my arms and back of my legs...I'm 37 now and simple over the count cream keep it under control until now. As of XXXXXXX of 2015 I started to get a red patch type rash the just popped up on the middle of my chest that started itching like crazy. I applied over the counter hydrocortisone cream think due to the 90 degree heat that this would go away. But its getting worst, it have now covered 90% of my chest spread to my neck and now I'm getting pimples/bumps filled with white puss that are very painful when I squeeze them. After I pop them it will go away and 2 more will pop up somewhere else.
Can anyone example to me to me what this is and what I can do about this. I have taken a HIV,STD, STI test and was clear of anything so I have ruled that out...

Brief Answer:
folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have reviewed your photos and it appears that you have developed folliculitis which is similar to acne in that it presents with pustules and inflammation. You can try an over the counter acne cream like benzoyl peroxide but you may need to see a doctor for a prescription for an antibiotic since it is so widespread. Make sure you are not using harsh soaps or products on your skin. Avoid squeezing these pustules since that can spread infection into your blood. If you are using lubricants for your eczema make sure they are water based and not petroleum based since petroleum based products can make this folliculitis worse.

folliculitis? This can happen on my cheat and neck even tho i'm hairless in those areas? Also is this whats causing the itchy rash as well?
Brief Answer:
yes, it can happen anywhere
Detailed Answer:
It really looks like you have folliculitis from the photos. There are follicles on the skin for oil glands and sweat glands as well as hair follicles. These can become inflamed and infected causing pustules. It can also cause itching.
