Suggest Treatment For Itchy Red Rashes On The Face
Question: 3 weeks ago i broke out in a puffed allover face rash. Not itchy. Now i have red itching skin under my nose lips and both eyelids. What do you think? Ive photos

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like an eczematous reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with a moisturising cream on the entire face twice daily for 7-10 days.
Besides this take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 5-7 days.
