After sex within a week I got heavy itching and red spots on my penis. But I'm afraid and went to doctor after a month . he took hsv tests and said its negative but advised me to use accyclovir ointment. After a year again I got red spots but cleared quickly. Then for long time I had nothing. Later I had continuous itching on my penis area and my penis gets dry. I checked another doctor and got checked for HIV, hsv 1, hsv2, hepetatis b, t.p.c.a (syphilis) . all tests are negative. But he still asked me to use zocon ointment. But now still I'm having itching and red marks in my penis rarely. Now I'm married before 6 months. Having unprotected sex only when I don't have any itching. But still I'm afraid I would passed her something. Now I want to try for a baby.so now I need to digonise my problem and get treated. Need ur advise. I'm from tuticorin. Would like to visit ur clinic. Can the tests be done in XXXXXXX itself..

Brief Answer:
Yeast infection with inadequate treatment or irritation are possibilities.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

You had oral sex 3 years back following which you developed itching of penis.
Syphilis, HIV, Hepatitis B, HSV 1 and 2 had been ruled out already.

Red spots and itching following oral sex and recurrence indicate the possibility of yeast infection.Simple tests from wet and dry smear would confirm the diagnosis.

Zocon cream for yeast infection is ok. But a Clotrimazole topical cream and Oral weekly once Flucanazole for 4 weeks would eradicate the infection totally. Application of Zocon and discontinued the application after got relieved from the symptoms would lead to relapse.
Now you got married and had contacts with your wife (even though you had sex during when there is no itching). It is better to treat your wife also even if she has no symptom. Then only you can get rid of the infection totally.
Next possibility is due to irritation due to application of soaps, creams, antiseptics etc.
You can visit my clinic when you are having the problem any day in the evening hours.
Get well soon.
