Suggest Treatment For Itchy Scalp, Hair Thinning And Hair Loss

Question: Hello my hair has been breaking from my roots since the use of hair XXXXXXX After the XXXXXXX I got itchy scalp and got given a steroid from my doctor. I'm also using coal tar shampoo. My hair has thinned a lot where I can see my scalp I'm worried will will continue to do so is this permanent.

Hi Dr XXXXXXX , thank you for your answer. In the mean time what should I do to help stop the breakage from the roots ? it is mostly thin on my hair line and I can see my scalp through.
