Suggest Treatment For Itchy Skin Along With Pimple On Hands, Legs And Stomach

Question: Hi, i am having skin itching and 5-10 small pimple like at legs, hands, stomach for last 3 days. I was living at the same place where a person suffering from scabies for last three days. Is there a possibility of me caught with this scabies in just three days or might be normal infection? Any suggested remedies?
