Suggest Treatment For Itchy Skin Due To Bug Infestation

Question: I have alot of paper in my room and all of a sudden I am being bitten up. the itch is intense do paper bugs bite do not know you call them. bathe every day with Eculyptas soap, but think there is an infestation in my room???? Seems my clothes have something in them that is biting me. Please help me.....
