Suggest Treatment For Itchy Testicles And Rashes Around Ankles

Question: Hi I have itchy testicles ,, I also have rash around my ankles, too. I am not sure the two are related as the testicle redness and itch seems to hang about and the ankle rash seems to flare badly at work.. I think the ankle rash is from working around ammonium sulphate and steamy ammonia,, I don't know about the other rash,, I also seem to have a small blotch on the tip of my penis.. I am thinking clamidia,, I don't sleep around but I suppose other ways of catching way?

XXXXXXX
I have taken a picture of my ankle and I must say they are a little worse, I have tried bepanthenat night and that take the itch away and seem okay.. One I shower I don't have any discomfort but as you can see it looks pretty bad.. I have had rashes here before but not this bad, It usually goes away once I stop wearing the boots at home and when I came to work last week I had not a mark.
this is very bad compared to before when it really was just a small area, I covered with barrier cream before putting boots on this morning its didnt itch much but has got worse.

Brief Answer:
Eczema skin ,need to find cause
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for the details and the pictures.
You seem to be developing eczema around ankles .
Now this could either be allergic or it could be due to prolonged standing which is venous eczema .
Do you have any swollen veins over legs as well ?
In either case ,it is necessary that you keep your foot end slightly raised at night .
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas twice daily .
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
Wesr cotton socks .
You might need a course of oral steroids if the lesions tend to persist or increase .
Now your second problem is most probably a fungal infection of the groin region .
It can present with redness ,dryness and itching in the area .
You need to apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream over the affected areas twice daily.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to prevent sweating and further infection.
Hope it helps

Thankyou XXXXXXX I will try your. suggestions-I had thought of getting natural fibre socks too . The standing may have contributed too as I was on my feet most of the first few days as well as the ammonia steam. Legs up.
Thanks again Nigel

Hi XXXXXXX the rash is not itchy now and not as red. It isppeeling a little after shower. Is this okay and how long do you think I should give it to heal. P.s. the bentapen that I used first-hand must not be so good as I put it on Saturday and it inflammed it straight away. Regards Nigel

Continue with treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
It is good to know that the rash is getting better .
There is surely a chance of developing an allergic reaction to the medicine you applied .
Dryness of skin is a sign that the rash is healing.
Continue with the advised treatment for atleast one more week ,I am sure the rash would heal up completely soon .
