Suggest Treatment For Itchy White Spots On The Cheeks

Question: Hai,I have small white spots on my checks. it's itchy now it's spreading over tiny size all over the near by area's. Some times it's dry skin peels & leaves small white spots. I have tried on the counter anti fungal creams too.

this is the itchy dry white spots .at first I had 1 or 2 tiny spot now it's increased in count. i have itchy scalp too lead to more hair fall.

Thanks for the images. I have reviewed them. This is certainly not caused by an infection. I lean more towards immunologic causes or irritation from all the applied substances. Associated to more hair loss and itchy scalp, I will suggest that you get it reviewed by a dermatologist.
