Suggest Treatment For Jaundice

Question: Hi doc, my brother has got jaundice and it has been diagnosed to be severe. I have heard people say that we need ayurvedic treatmnt in such cases. Please advise

Hi, I think he needs medical treatment. Also get his blood tested for Hepatitis A, B and C infections. Consult a physician.

The test results are showing Hepatitis A. What kind of diet should be followed? Can he eat fruits like banana and apple?

Hi, I think he can take a healthy diet consisting of fruits and vegetables. He can take banana and apples, but these should be thoroughly washed. Hepatitis A spreadsheet through contaminated food.
