Brief Answer:
tooth infection, medication, extraction or root canal treatment

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The Pain in the jaw can be because of the broken tooth. Nothing to be panic, you can consult a dentist and get it restored with root canal treatment if it has sufficient tooth structure in it. Other wise you need to get it removed. If i am your treating doctor, i would have prescribed a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin(if you are not allergic) and an analgesic like diclofenac( if you are not allergic).
Regarding the bleeding from the nose, It can be because of any trauma/respiratory tract infection/hypertension. Nothing to worry, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. If the bleeding is anterior nose bleed it can be treated with pressure and pack or cautery.
If it is a posterior nasal bleed you need to consult a ENT surgeon and get it treated by surgical procedures under aseptic conditions.
I hope i have answered your query. If any queries are there, reply me back. Take care.
