Brief Answer:
Pain can be due to osteoarthritis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Durolane is an injection of hyaluronic acid- the joint lubricant. It decreases the pain due to osteoarthritic changes in the knee joint. It is not a pain killer.
The pain in feet and shoulders can be due to muscle stiffness - due to lack of proper exercise or osteoarthritic changes. A detailed evaluation by an orthopedician will help in choosing the treatment best for you.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
