I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like vasculitis, either leukocytoclastic vasculitis or henoch schonlein purpura.
Apart from joint pains are you having any systemic complaints like fever, sore throat, abdominal pain, urinary symptoms?
Have you taken medicine for some other ailment prior to the eruption of this rash?
Is the rash associated with itching or burning?
Are you having any other disease?

Seems to be henoch schonlein purpura

According to your complaints it can be henoch schonlein purpura.
I would recommend you to consult a physician and get yourself evaluated completely.
Meanwhile you can start with antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily.
