Suggest Treatment For Joints Pain, Muscle Cramps And High ESR Value

Question: Hello Doctor, I am 38 and I am having High ESR of 90. I have joint pains and muscle cramps. Moreover i have red color patches all over my body.Kindly advise

ESR is a non-specific marker indicating that something in the body is not going well. The report also shows a significantly raised IgE level. This indicates a severe allergic manifestation in the body. That could explain the elevation in ESR. Taking Montair LC (monteleukast + levocetirizine) [prescription medicine] should provide relief.

You should also get your ANA and RA factor checked since you have joint pains and muscle cramps. I would also request you to upload an image of the red patches and I would guide you accordingly.
