Brief Answer:
MRI spine shows disc henition, mild increase in neutrophils & WBCs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Your blood report shows an increase in white blood cells (WBC) along with elevated neutrophils.
This picture is characteristically seen in infections especially bacterial infections.
The white blood cell count is not so high so as to indicate any leukemia or malignancy.
The MRI of spine shows disc herniation at L5-S1 level and vsubtle changes at L4-L5 level.
These changes are predominantly degenerative.
Disc herniation can lead to compression of emanating nerve roots and thus pain in the region supplied.
There is some abnormal signals from marrow cavity, however, they are suspected to be due to lithium intake and not due to any other factor.

Please consult your physician to look for the probable cause of high white blood cell count.
The changes on spine MRI are due to degenerative changes and do not signify anything abnormal.
Disc herniation can be corrected with rest and drugs in case of pain.
You may consult your orthopedician for definitive remedy.

Thanks and take care
