Suggest Treatment For Joints Pain

Question: I wake up feeling OK, by late morning early afternoon I ache in all of my joints horribly. I become so cold that I literally shake, even if I'm wrapped in blankets siting in the sun. There are also flashes of general pain that seem to be in my hip area. This started this last Tuesday afternoon, when I take 3 Aleve the symptoms fade but then I become hot, like flushed hot. My appetitie is gone, nothing sounds good but it seems like I get weak from not eating. I am thirsty but I always drink a lot of water! I have not changed any meds I take Nature Thryoid 2 1/2 grains a day and the BC pill. I also take supplements, C & B & D & K & selenium & magnesium most daily and religiously. I hurt all over, can you help?
I just want to make sure someone is going to try to help me

Brief Answer:
Get investigations done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
In my opinion you have symptoms overlapping of deranged thyroid profile and joint problems. For exact diagnosis to be made get your thyroid profile, serum uric acid, serum RA factor quantitative, E.S.R, C.R.P levels checked and send me the report. I also advise you to xray of pelvis with both hips in AP view done and send me the report.
Till then have aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside instead of aleve, pregabalin, in addition to already taking medications.
I hope it helps.
Thanks.
Dr.Singh.
