Suggest Treatment For Kidney And Liver Infections

This is XXXXXXX XXXXXXX from XXXXXXX
My dad is suffering from sugar, kidney and liver infections, i are taking treatment under supervision of Mr. P C XXXXXXX MBBS and internal medicine expert in National Heart Institute Greater XXXXXXX
Form last 2 days, my dad is suffering from bad stool loose motion 8/10 times in a day. Total body weight is 35 KG and he is 56 year old, he is sufferring form sugar past 10 years. we are getting exmanine his hemogram, LFT & KFT on time to time as directed by our Dr. P C XXXXXXX
I have advised to take Redotil and Ornof tablets, which is prescribed by Dr. PC XXXXXXX
However dad is not recovering well, Pls suggest about diet and tablets.

If the following criteria are fulfilled then there is nothing to be worried about loose motion
1. Absence of blood in stools
2. Absence of Fever
3. No dehydration
I would suggest you the following
1. Probiotic : Darolac tablet twice a day
2. Loperamide 2 mg tablet four times a day after discussing with your doctor. It will reduce the stool frequency
3. Diet : dhal khicdi, curd rice , wheat porridge.
4. Oral Rehydration solution
5. Home made oral rehydration solution: Fresh nimbu pani, coconut water, rice water will be helpful
