Question: my ct scan said a 4mm stone (kidney) is identified in the urinary bladder which probably represents a recently passed stone. there is no upstream obstructive changes or inflammation. then the report states.. not much pain
I have a UTI
no vomiting or fever
sometimes back hurts and lower abdomen
I have no way to scan results of CT Scan. not much pain, I mean I am not in any distress. A bit achy in my abdomen sometimes and back. The scan said 4mm stone in bladder which possibly represents a recently passed stone. there is no upstream obstruction changes and inflammation. then the scan states a punctate nonobstructing calculus in the right kidney.

Brief Answer:
Respected XXXXXXX not that much troublesome, take medi. for better results.
Detailed Answer:
Respected XXXXXXX hi
*Ok size not mentioned means it`s not of that significant size needs to be
mentioned , so nothing to worry for that.
*Keep on drinking plenty of liquids day & night.
*In our clinic we recommend Tamsulosin (Flomax) which relaxes the ureter, making it easier for
stone to pass, but as it`s a prescription drug you have to get it by your doctor.
*Would suggest to get an Ultrasonography of Abdomen & pelvis after 15 days.
Hope this clarifies things more & better for you.
If any further queries welcome , otherwise rate the answer according to your
evaluation for my reply & close the discussion.
