Brief Answer:
ESWL is best
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in
Have seen your reports
The best treatment for a functioning kidney with 14mm stone is extra corporeal shock wave lithotripsy
You need to approach some urologist and get it done
Hope this helps

How about Percutaneous Nephrostolithotomy Surgery ? Also, I heard of some Ayurvedic and Homeopathic methods for curing such problems. Are they beneficial ?
Also, I have heard that even after curing the stone problem it reoccurs in some years (Specially in Kidney). What would be the best solution to avoid this?

Brief Answer:
PCNL is invasive
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in
PCNL is invasive and ESWL is non invasive with nearly same results
We prefer ESWL and if there is lower calyx stone with possibility of not draining out we opt for PCNL
Ayurved and Homeopathy are not my subjects so I can not give you an expert opinion on that
If the stone is metabolic and you take care of the same it should not reoccur, similar is the case with phosphate calculi if you care for not getting infected it won't
Hope this clears your doubts
