Suggest Treatment For Kidney Stones Along With Sleep Disorder
Question: I am having sleep disorder at night. Last three days frequent urination is disturbing me. I have two kidney stones in my right side. Yesterday I found one of it 7x3 mm has come down and lying in the right ureter iliac level. Please advise. My mail I'd is YYYY@YYYY
Brief Answer:
All you have to do is to drink plenty of water and fluids
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Let me assure you that the kidney stones are very small in size and most frequently these come down the ureters. These stones might get halted at the junction of the ureters and the bladder. The stone probably seems to be in the right iliac region for the same. But generally most of them get expelled on its own. All you need to do is to drink plenty of water and fluids so that your system gets flushed easily and eases the stones coming down.
Stay relaxed. If you can manage your stress, you would be able to gain better control over your sleep.
Hope that helps.

As I am working as BM in a Bank I am having lot of stress and had daily travel up to 5 to 6 hours in bus or train. I am now 58 years old. Sorry for taking too much of your time.
Brief Answer:
Try to avoid alcohol as far as you can.Consult a diabetologist
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
The size of the prostate is fine. Urinary tract infection does not seem to be present as per the reports. Though alcohol is directly not related, it has an indirect negative effect on multiple systems and I would suggest avoiding it as far as you can. About fluids to drink, ORS (oral rehydration solution) or plain water would be the best, followed by fruit juice. ORS would also take care of any dehydration that could result from your prolonged travel.
Please consult a diabetologist since your blood sugar is high and needs to be treated with regular medication. Please do not ignore that as it is very important.
Hope that helps.
