Brief Answer:
Due to side effect of Tomsulosin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been detected to have kidney stone for which you have been taking drugs that includes Tomsulosin.

Tomsulosin is a smooth muscle relaxant that relaxes smooth muscles of the bladder neck and ureter which helps to pass the stone with ease.

During ejaculation bladder neck gets closed hence semen does not enter into the bladder and pushed forward in to urethra and expelled out ,However in a patient who is taking Tomsulosin the bladder neck remains open resulting semen going backwards in to bladder hence one does not experience semen being ejaculated. This is called as Retrograde Ejaculation.

This can be confirmed by doing microscopic examination of urine passed immediately after masturbation or intercourse.

Do not worry this problem will get resolved once you stop taking Tomsulosin.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
