Brief Answer:
You can expect all the stones to pass out spontaneously.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts and reports of your Ultrasound Scanning that you have posted it appears that you have bilateral non obstructing multiple stones in kidneys .

Since all the stones are small and non obstructing there are high chances of them passing out through urine spontaneously.

Ensure to drink more water so as to produce more urine .This will help the stones to pass out with urine .

Take prophylactic antibiotic like Notrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser like Citralka ..

In case of pain you may take antispasmodics like Cyclopalm twice daily .

Repeat your Ultrasound Scanning after one month..

Normally I do not advice Lithotripsy for such a small stones .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
