Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain Inspite Of Having Surgery And Physiotherapy

Osteoarthritis of the knee joint
Detailed Answer:
hi,
thanks for your question.
I have read your report, thank you it was very detailed. An up to date X-ray of your knee would also be useful if you have one.
your symptoms are consistent with the osteoarthritis that your orthopaedist found in your knee at your last arthroscopy. the steroid shot gave you some temporary relief but the amount of activity that you are undertaking is taking it's toll on your knee joint, somewhat like driving a car with a worn out wheelbearing.
further steroid shots will give you relief but it will likely be short lived. you sound like your are in pretty good shape but further physiotherapy may also be of benefit.
depending on the location of the osteoarthritis in your knee, usually the inside of your knee, a offloader brace may also give you some symptomatic relief.
unfortunately osteoarthritis is a gradually progressive condition for which their is no cure. antiinflammatory medication can help with the symptoms.
further arthroscopic debridement of your knee is unlikely to be beneficial - physiotherapy has been shown to be more effective in the scientific literature.
if you have mild to moderate ostearthritis in one compartment of your knee joint then you may be a candidate for a tibial osteotomy. the only other surgical option would be a total knee replacement although your age and activities levels would suggest to me that you are not ready for this yet.
I hope this answers yor question.
best wishes
