Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain

could be knee arthritis
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Thank you for writing on health care magic
There are many causes of knee pain which usually depend from age to age and can be related to the occupation or the sports you play
I would like to ask you a few more questions before I can comment on what exactly could be the cause for knee pain:
1. Duration of the pain
2. Do you see swelling of the joint as well
3. What s your age( it wasn't mentioned in the history)
4. Did you have any history of falls or twisting of your legs
5. Do you previously suffer from gout
6. Are you having any fever along with it
7. Any complaints of backache or neck pain
These questions will help us narrow down the causes as it can be either infective or due to degeneration of tha cartilage
Do let me know these queries. Would be happy to help you out

knee arthritis
Detailed Answer:
Good evening.
Sorry for the late reply
The pain you are describing does sound like early degenerative changes which are setting in. That is the cartilage between the joints is less. But yes I would like to see an x ray of the knees to look for these changes.
If you haven't consulted a rheumatologist yet, you should do before the pain advances. I can help you find one if you had tell me your location
For now you can take simple analgesics like paracetamol, avoid cross folding your legs, minimize use of stairs
Do let me know for your further queries. Would be happy to help you out.
