Suggest Treatment For Knee Pain
Question: I have knee pain the interior knee pain, the same kind of pain that you expect when you are bruised, but there is no bruise... It is just so painful when you touch the knee? What this could be?

2. Do you see swelling of the joint as well

4. Did you have any history of falls or twisting of your legs

I'm a 42 year old female. No history of gout, falling or twisting. No fever or swelling. It has been going on for few days but in addition to the knee pain I have had pelvic pain (Ileac crest pain) for about three to four weeks now specially after a long time sitting or driving, when I get up it is very painful... Both are on the same sude (left side), pelvic and knee...no neck or back pain

The pain you are describing does sound like early degenerative changes which are setting in. That is the cartilage between the joints is less. But yes I would like to see an x ray of the knees to look for these changes.

For now you can take simple analgesics like paracetamol, avoid cross folding your legs, minimize use of stairs
