Genu valgum, commonly called "knock-knee", is a condition in which the knees angle in and touch one another when the legs are straightened. Individuals with severe valgus deformities are typically unable to touch their feet together while simultaneously straightening the legs.some individuals retain or develop this deformity as a result of hereditary or genetic disorders or metabolic bone disease.

As diagnosis given on Discharge Summary : It is Idiopathic genu valgum. Please suggest regarding nature of illness whether it is congenital or Developmental disease.
