Brief Answer:
Multiple folliculitis lesions

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures.
You seem to have developed multiple lesions of folliculitis of skin .
Such a skin infection needs to be treated by proper cleaning of the affected area followed by application of a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin twice daily .
In addition, you might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Wear cotton clothes and undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further friction.

Hope it helps
