Suggest Treatment For Lacerations And Pus-filled Spots On Penile Shaft

Question: Hello, when I pull back my foreskin, there are like 2,3 cuts that look like they are bleeding but when I touch, there's no blood on hand, it's white puss-like stuff around it and it's a little painful. No burning during urination. Any ideas?

From your picture it looks like fungal infection. As fungal infection responds well to antifungal drugs there is nothing to worry. STD is most unlikely as you don't have any discharge or burning sensation.

Using ointments containing combination of antifungal, anti bacterial and corticosteroid will work well for this.
If there is no improvement then consult a dermatologist.
