Question: Hello, when I pull back my foreskin, there are like 2,3 cuts that look like they are bleeding but when I touch, there's no blood on hand, it's white puss-like stuff around it and it's a little painful. No burning during urination. Any ideas?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely Yeast (fungal) infection.
If you send a close picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying.
Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area. Instead you can use saline or warm water.
Applying ointments containing combination of antifungal agents like miconazole , antibacterial like gentamycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone will be helpful for this.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.

So you dont think theres anything else to worry about ? Just a yeast/fungal infection, no std or amything right?
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up query.
From your picture it looks like fungal infection. As fungal infection responds well to antifungal drugs there is nothing to worry. STD is most unlikely as you don't have any discharge or burning sensation.
Using ointments containing combination of antifungal, anti bacterial and corticosteroid will work well for this.
If there is no improvement then consult a dermatologist.
