Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing back to me.
From the answers you provided BPH medication is only thing that can be attributed at this level. This is a herbal medicine and you need to check with your prescribing doctor as over internet I am not getting mush information about it. Being a allopathic practitioner I do not know much about bhangsheel.
I am making this assumption as many of the medicines which used in BPH cause Erectile dysfunction in allopathy and it is possible to have similar effects with herbal medicines as they do act in similar manner.
Presence of morning time erection indicates that the vasculature to penis is intact and not much to worry.
You are advised to meet your doctor for either changing your medication or decreasing the dose for BPH.
I hope this will be useful for you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back to HCM.
I am not able to get literature for Bangshil and not a herbal medicine probationer. I am just getting benefits of it over internet and so asking a natural medicine practitioner is warranted. Regarding Urimax yes it affects libido as well as erection. ut I must inform you that it is side effect and not everybody gets it. The chances are one in 12 person or around 8 %. Considering this fact it is worthy to have a trial of Urimax after stopping current medication.
I understand that you have tried multiple things with partial or no response. If you have not tried Sildenafil, you should give a try as it is very effective medication in ED. In case it does not dhow any response the newer molecules can be tried which are available with name of tadalafil. As these are prescription medicines you need to get a prescription from a doctor.
Regarding your testosterone level it is perfectly normal but in lower side of range. It is physiological at advanced age and it is considered normal.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks and regards

but that also has painful side effects. thats why i went for bansshill (Alarisin) after reading the research paper which specificaly mentions no observable side effects
urimax induced allergic sneezing
i am at a loss .Should I giveup and a ccept defeat. My wife is young (32)
I am a doctorate in chemical engg from IISc XXXXXXX
There is no question of accepting defeat
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks again.
I do understand that you tried multiple medicines till time and unfortunately every drug developed one or other side effect for you. Despite this I do not think you need to give up or accept defeat.
The simple for not accepting defeat or making it end is as follows.
In the sildenafil group newer molecules are available like verdenafil, udenafil which have less propensity to cause side effects in compare to sildenafil.
In case even the newer molecules are not tolerated they can be started at lower doses such as 12.5 of sildenafil or 1-25 mg of tadalafil.
It is hoped that lower dosage less likely to cause side effects.
Thirdly you can plan for surgical removal of BPH as a permanent treatment of BPH obviating the need for medication.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
