Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Libido And Erectile Dysfunction.

I am married, 35 year old and planning to have child now. However, I am having lack of libido while trying to have sex and frequent erectile dysfunction. After having continuous sex for 5-6 days, my libido and erection tend to become lower. Then I need to masturbate for getting erection and somehow complete the task for getting child. Kindly advice.
Need to plan intercourse around ovulation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
First of all, I would like to inform you that erectile dysfunction is not an appropriate word for your condition. Having 5-6 days of regular sex and having normal erection for masturbation indicates that there is no erectile dysfunction. In my opinion we as human beings tend to get bore with repeated act (sex is not an exclusion from this) unless we add some spice. It will be better if you can try different positions on different days along with some romantic music, which will definitely help you to maintain the spark in your sex life. There are many other things which can be done to make sex life interesting but it is beyond the limits of answer.
Regarding planning for child it is important to have sex around ovulation. Generally the ovulation is around 14 days before the expected next period and for a person with regular cycles sensing time of ovulation is never a problem. In case your partner have irregular cycles ovulation kits can be used (I Know is one such kit) to detect the ovulation and have a sex around the ovulation day.
I hope this helps you. Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.

I need to know if there is any medicine (herbal or side effect free) which I can take regularly just for the sake of overall improvement of sex desire and performance?
Secondly, I feel the need of a lubricant during sex. Is there any such lubricant which is safe for sperm and will not interfere with what we are planning for?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
First of all, I do not think there is need for herbal supplements or anything. The key for healthy sex life is regular exercise, healthy foods, sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables, stress management, plenty of fluid intake and no substance abuse. This is ultimately required irrespective of supplements or anything. So first manage the primary things.
Regarding your another part of question there are many lubricants available from Durex. You can select one as per your comfort level and can order online. They are completely safe and have no harmful effects on the sperms.
I hope this helps you further.
Thank you.
