I have one brother and a sister both setteled and my parents are living well.
recently i got promoted to manager i am working in this bank for last 4 years and always got a posting in a rural place around XXXXXXX like i was in tamilnadu XXXXXXX and now maharastra all the place i got rural place with no friends. for last 4 years i am living alone and after getting promotion situation got worst because of work pressure increasd and i am unable to handle the work here and it is very difficult for me to bear the work pressure anymore.
Iam getting the feeling of quitting the job for last 2 years but unable to left the job because noone in family will understand this and after getting promotion now for last month or so i am getting feeling of to kill myself.
when i am in my work place i feel very sad , hopeless and my hands shakes and my heart beating get fast and after work all night i think about quitting the job or kill myself now a days shaking of hand increased.
I am sleeping very late in night and don't want to wake up in the morning.

You are likely suffering from depression. It happens with many of young individuals like you.
You need treatment of depression with time and stress management techniques.
Treatment of depression includes both medicines and psychotherapy.
In psychotherapy I prefer cognitive behavior therapy (CBT).In mild cases only CBT is sufficient. In moderate to severe cases initially medicines and then CBT is added. And later on medicines stopped gradually.In CBT time and stress management can be learnt.
In medicines SSRI group of drugs (fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, escitalopram) are main stay of the treatment. There are other group of drugs as well with different mechanisms and excellent results.
Benzodiazepines group of drugs (clonazeapm, lorazepam or etizolam) are used initially for short duration for fast symptomatic relief.
One can stop medicines gradually after 100% recovery according to doctor's guidance.
Consulting a psychiatrist personally will surely help you to live better life.
I recommend not leaving job for a while. You may improve with treatment and can work with happiness. If it is not feasible considering all aspects, you can leave the job later on.
