Brief Answer:
3D ultrasound advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This is not serious as it is common to have a lag of 10-14 days in second trimester scan.
I would like to see your previous ultrasound report in case you have one and also your previous menstrual cycle length and regularity before getting pregnant.
But irrespective of that there is nothing much to worry and in case double reassurance is needed better go for a 3D ultrasound which will give you full detailed information of abnormalities if at all present.
Waiting for your response

Brief Answer:
All reports are synchronised
Detailed Answer:
I have seen the attached reports and it is evident that there has always been a difference of only 7-10 days between LMP and ultrasound so that is alright and common because of delayed ovulation.
So all in all juat relax and get a 3D ultrasound for being double sure.
All the best.
