Suggest Treatment For Large Labia Minora With Many Folds

Question: I have large labia minor, so there are many folds and can get kind of tangled at times in uncomfortable positions. When separating them I found what appears/feels like a stalk skin tag. It gets irritated sometimes but I think I feel the stalk continue into the labia like a root. The tag on the surface is swishy and can be stretched a bit. I'm concerned that if its just removed at the surface the stalk that extends into the labia will still get irritated from tangling folds and produce another tag. Can the root end be removed as well or is that some kind of blood supply line?

In my opinion you should go to plastic surgeon and get your examination done.
In my opinion you should go for labioplasty( which is the new technique used for this problem)
You should not go for wedge resection ( it is an old procedure and results are not very good.

The tag is not very big, the root inside the labia seems to have more girth. Can the newest procedure be minimal, as I like having larger wing-like labia they make sex better for men and me, wrap around the penis and more friction with proper lubrication of course. Have gotten compliments in my young adult yrs and my beloved husband of 19yrs said it was the best he ever experienced, RIP my sweet love :(. So i would like to preserve much of how god made me minus the uncomfortable tag.
