Suggest Treatment For Large Lump Below The Elbow

Question: I have a rather large lump (probably measuring about 3 cm in diameters on my right arm just to left and below my elbow. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. Had a mastectomy, chemo and radiotherapy. All clear now. However just noticed this lump a couple of days ago. Does not hurt but feels like fatty tissue (not hard like a cist). Should I be concerned?

Thought I should mention it is on the same side as my mastectomy. Also had 19 lymph nodes taken out.

Hello dear. Rest assured. Unlikely to be the metastatic lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the details.
The picture reveals a soft swelling which is unlikely to be the recurrent metastatic lesion. Breast cancer usually does not through recurrence in that location.
It seems more likely a benign lipoma like swelling. However a word of caution: Though it is very unlikely, still sometimes cancer can behave in an unusual way(rarely). The definite answer will be provided by a clinical examination and a local ultrasonography.
