Suggest Treatment For Left Bundle Branch Block

Not a serious problem but further work should be done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic,
Left Bundle Branch Block is an EKG pattern – it may be the result of Coronary artery disease but not always.
It can be an enlargement of Left Ventricle - from disease of muscle, valves, blood pressure and so on… Or due to infiltration from nearby tissues.
It can also be a problem of the nerve itself! or conduction system of the heart.
In some individuals,it is at times a birth defect and easy to see if we can compare with previous EKGs.
So,Left bundle branch block can occur with or without the underlying cardiac problem. If it is incidently detected and the other work up has been fine then it is not a serious problem. You need not to be worried about it.
If your 2D-echo,TMT (if indicated) and Holter monitoring will come normal than I see no reason for concern nor will there be any need for treatment.
Hope this will help and if you have any doubt then you can ask me follow-up query.I will be happy to answer that.
Regards,
Dr.Sandip Kabra
