Brief Answer:
Your pain is not related to heart

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
Thanks for using HCM
.whenever anyone gets this type of chest pain we must first rule out heart disease as it can lead to sudden heart attack.so rightly in your case echo and angio have been done to rule out ischaemic heart disease .
it is likely that you may have either muscular or gas or acidity related pain.
you should get sonography of upper abdomen ,x ray chest and if needed upper GI endoscopy .I presume that all you blood investigations are normal.
meanwhile you may take Tab.Rabeprazole 20 mg before breakfast and Paracetamol 1.gm for pain relief.
kindly give me feedback of reports
my best wishes
Dr.Teli.
