Not look like to be a brain tumor.Neurosurgeon consultation needed for that
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for asking me a follow up query. Your visit to HCM is very much appreciated and I am here to help you with answering about the condition of your son.
He needs to wear the eyeglasses as recommended by the Optometrist. Strabismus may be one cause of the issue he has.
Nothing can be said regarding brain tumor as there is no motor or sensory deficit. There is no major indication of the deranged brain functioning that may be said to be caused by any space occupying lesion (the tumor). So, it is unlikely in this way if you ask about possibility of a brain tumor.
Then what best to do is to consult a Neurosurgeon who will go for proper radiologic evaluation of the skull for tumors and he will then treat your son accordingly.
