Brief Answer:
Acute gastritis most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to acute gastritis. Applying hot water bags on abdomen will be helpful for pain relief. You can take proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) for decreasing acid secretion, and Emetrol for nausea and vomiting.

How the pain started?
Do you take alcohol?

If there is no improvement after this then you may need injection of proton pump inhibitor and anti emetic. Ultrasound examination should be done to rule out gall stones also in such case.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
