Question: Hello. I'm 28 year old male.

Last year I had something that looked similar to a hemorrhoid it was very itchy and hurt a bit before it bursted. It took a couple of months to treat with some home remedies. I was very worried for some time because it took so long to get it to heal and evetually I went to the doctor, he gave me some ointment and told me to calm down and that I was fine. I went home and things got better quickly but I still had some red spots on my hands. I figured that it might have been caused by the stress or maybe that I just had sensitive skin for a while. Unfortunatley they do not seem to go away, it goes a few weeks and they spots seem to start to fade out but then they just comeback over and over again. worse is that I feel the problems with the hemmorrhoid or watever it is starts to comeback now, not 100% sure but I had diarrea one day and now it hurts a bit down there and look a bit swollen.

I try to write more indept so that you understand and if you can help me a bit, maybe I can explain better when I go to the doctor next time.

‐ I get a small red rash and one spot on each hand between the wrist and the pinky finger. I have also got harder skin on both index fingers then normal, on my right hand it's more on the beginning part of the finger and on the left hand it's just the skin on the joint. I also have a weird white line/thin scar on one of my knuckles that I can't remeber having before. I did notice that my knuckles was a bit read some days before when I woke up.

My hands does not itch at all and the red spots seem to come and go but there's always a small mark of red rash where the spot was before and this is the 3rd time since november they came back...

‐ I had slightly dry skin on one of my elbows and had some small skin colored bumbs that seemed to have gone away now. I also had sporadic blisters, one at the time on diffrent places. Underarm, neck and one time at the temple. They all disappear pretty fast but hurts a bit and are a bit hard, not something you could rub off like a pimple without leaving a scar.

‐ I have one red elongated spot just on the beginning of the penile shaft a few milimeters long, it's seem to be on the skin only but it have not gone away in a couple of months. I also have a couple of skin colored bumbs that does not hurt or itch on the groin. They are kind of rubbery feeling and can not be rubed off. I also had a big red bump on one spot on my groin that flared up but has gone down now.

Penis and groin, not all from the same day but all taken recently.

My body is itchy from time to time, it changes places from groin, back, legs arms etc. It mostly itches on evenings and night time.

I feel totally healthy and have not been sick in any other way the last year.

Brief Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to Health Care Magic.

Detailed Answer:
I can understand your concern. I have gone through the entire post in details. I have seen the photos also.
I will answer your queries one by one.

Coming to the lesion in your buttocks. DO not worry much. Keep the area clean and dry. Continue to apply the ointment as advised by your doctor.

About the red nodules all over the body, after going through all the pictures , I have found one common string to tie them together. Yes they are itchy and they are occurring around the hair follicles.
In all probabilities they are due to folliculitis.
Folliculitis is an infection and inflammation of one or more hair follicles.

I would suggest you to
1. get a random blood glucose test done (they often aggravate in patients with diabetes)
2. Take Tablet Fexofenadine (120) - this will reduce your itching
3. Apply ointments containing Mupirocin and another containing Econazole nitrate
4. Take Tablet Coamoxyclav (625) and tablet Fluconazole(150)

Points 3 and 4 will give antibacterial and antifungal coverage.
Your doctor will guide you on the exact dosage.

Do not worry much. With proper treatment everything will be just fine.
Get back to us.
Have a nice day. Regards.
