Brief Answer:
Unlikely for oral sex only to cause lesion on buttocks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at the HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

As per your history you said you received only oral sex in that case it is unlikely to get the herpes in genital area. HSV-1 can spread from the mouth to the genitals during oral sex (fellatio, cunnilingus, analingus) but this has not happened in your case. So the rashes on buttocks could be allergic or some other infection. Need proper evaluation and treatment. You can visit a dermatologist.

Take care

Thank you. I do have something near my anus that has puss coming out of it, and bleeds when i wipe. I received oral sex for about 5 min from someone, but i dont have any lesions or anything anywhere else. So there is no way i couldve gotten herpes that would affect my anus because it was oral sex?

Brief Answer:
Get STD evaluation done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

If your partner has touched your perineal area including buttocks with her mouth and she has lesion in her mouth then yes it is very much possible for STD including Herpes to spread. In my previous answer I thought it was only kiss and your perineum was not touched. But now as you told proper history I would suggest you to get properly evaluated for STD like herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhea and VDRL. Get swab collection done and get it tested for bacterial infections also. I would suggest you to visit a dermatologist and get proper physical examination done.

Take care
