Suggest Treatment For Lesion On Frenulum During Intercourse
Question: Hi,
I am 36 and have physical contact with my wife once or twice a month. During last 3 contacts, I get pain during middle of insertion and when i continued, i realised that there is lot of blood on my Penis. When i checked, it seems to be a cut on the thread like layer of the frenulum causing the blood flow. There was a mild pain for the next few days and after wards it completely healed. When we had physical contact next time, similar experience with a new cut on the frenulum and blood flowing from it. It has happened thrice and I am getting worried.
Is this a natural behavior or something i should be worried about? Also, how to stop blood flow from frenulum during intercourse.

Bleeding from the frenulum during intercourse isnt normal. You need to be examined properly so that the kind of injury can be assessed correctly. Apply pressure whenever there is bleeding for 5 min and it should stem the blood flow. Examination can discover if there is any previous injury which is opening up repeatedly. You should see a surgeon. Frenulum tear happens usually due to trauma. Incorrect method of intercourse may also be a cause. But first, any injury has to be ruled out.
