Question: Hey doc,
Does those dots on my gum looks like anything serious?
I only have it on just one gum. If you zoom in you can see it clearly.
Is it just inflamation and due to eating hard and solid food?

Brief Answer:
Chemical or thermal burn, medication

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query. As far as the lesion over the gums is concerned, it is not pigmentation, it is erosion that can be because of the chemical or thermal burn. This results if you have consumed too hot food items or any chemical like acidic beverages. Nothing to be panic, you can apply topical anesthetic and analgesic like lignocaine and choline salicylate respectively. This will subside in 3-5 days. Do warm saline gargling. If the lesion does not subside then get a radiograph done for the tooth next to it which has a silver filling to rule out any infection in that tooth.
I hope I have answered your query. if you have any queries reply me back. Take care.
