From last few days, there are few spots under my right feet. It does not pain but spots are visible under my feet. Kindly prescribe me any medicine or cream so that spots can cure.

These are plantar melanoses lesions or probable plantar naevus lesions or likely Ichthyosis. These can be confirmed after a local skin biopsy and you have to meet a dermatologist for a local examination and further biopsy if need be.
If melanoses then best shall be laser removal of the lesions, however a dermatologist review is a must.
